Welcome inquiry We are on-line 24/7, just for providing better service for you. We have manufactured high precision CNC Lathe, double spindle CNC lathe with Y-axis motor turret, vertical machining center, gantry machining center ,etc over 20 years. The warranty period of all our machines is general 13 months after B/L date. During the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts (EXW) which are easy worn-out.And also parts caused by machine itself quality problems. Meanwhile, the machine should be under normal operation according to Operation Manual.(Except for improper operation or man-made damaged by buyers). High precision:
The positioning accuracy of our lathes can be controlled below 0.006mm.
High-precision spindle, comprising Japan NSK precise bearings; Three-jaw hydraulic chuck or other elastic clamp can be directly fitted on the main shaft flange.It increase the accuracy.
High efficiency:
The drive part of machine tool uses high precision P3 class ball bearing screw and high speed linear slide rail, a famous brand and is provided with computer automatic lubrication system for forced lubrication of linear guide rial and ball bearing screw.
For X/Y/Z axis, high rigidity linear slide rail is adopted with optimum span between rails though calculation.With Low resistance, high rigidity and high precision, the displacement speed can reach up to 24m/min so as to improve working efficiency and reduce processing time.
Good durability:
Machines bed is casting with resin sand, it features strong vibration resistance and difficult deformation.And all machines parts and tools are strictly produced under the standards.
Easy operation:
Our machines adopt many systems like Funac, Simons and others.
The system is very stable, and we also provide a series of video instructional videos and technical documents to help you get started.
The machine is shipped to the wooden box of the whole machine, so you do not need to reinstall the machine after receiving the machine, only need a simple debugging to produce.
